Printing Sign In / Sign Out Sheets
Last updated: October 5, 2026
The Sign In / Sign Out Sheet gives you a printable weekly roster with time and signature boxes for every child, so a parent can sign their kid in and out whether or not there's a screen at the table.
Find the report
Click Reporting in the left rail menu. The page opens on the Run Reports tab.
Switch from Association Reports to Attendance Reports. You'll see the attendance set, which also includes attendance records per site, participant information and health exports, and activity tracking.
Click Sign In / Sign Out Sheet.
This opens the report's own page. The Report Run History below shows past runs, and it'll be empty the first time.

Run the report
Click Run Report at the top right.

Set the date range first. Start and end date are both required.
Then set the filters:
Branches
Sites
Sessions, which is required
Group types
Groups
Sort by
These are multi-select, so you can pull sheets for several sites or sessions in one run rather than running the report once per location. For an association printing afterschool sheets across a dozen elementary schools, that's the difference between one job and twelve.
Click Run Report in the window to generate it.

Export and print
The run appears in Report Run History with the date, time, who ran it, and a status. Wait for the status to show Complete.
Click the three dots in the Action column and choose Export. Then print the file.
The history keeps past runs, so you can re-export last week's sheets without rebuilding the filters.

What's on the sheet
Each sheet covers one week, labeled with the week's date range, laid out Monday through Friday with a Time and Signature box under each day.
Every registrant gets a block with their name, ID, and date of birth, with separate In and Out rows, a Notes line for the day, and their grade range on the right.
At the top is a Total Attendance grid with AM and PM counts for each day and a weekly average, which is what you'll use for daily head counts and for the ratios your licensing requires.
