3rd Party Billing - Who is Receiving and How Much?

This article details how to find out who is receiving 3rd Party Billing Subsidies and how much they are receiving.

We will look at this from:

  1. The Member Profile

  2. Financials Left Rail Item

  3. Reporting

Viewing 3rd Party Billing from the Member Profile:

  1. Click People > Search for the member

  2. Click the Member

  3. Financials > Billing Information

  1. All 3rd Party Groups will be listed under Discount Groups

Viewing 3rd Party Billing From Financials:

  1. Click Financials > 3rd Party Billing tab

  1. Find the Group they are in

  2. Search their name in the Member table

Viewing 3rd Party Billing from Reporting:

  1. Click Financials > Revenue and Reporting > Reports

  1. Click Financial Assistance & Subsidy Report

  2. Click Run Report in the Upper Right

  1. Select Report Filters and Run Report
